Once your request is confirmed, we start looking for your grail among our network of resellers (depending on your search, it may take more or less time ... we will keep you informed regularly).

When we have found your pair, we proceed to the payment (and yes, you have to go through it).

As soon as the payment is received, we take care of recovering your sneakers and proceed to its authentication.

Finally, if everything is ok we proceed to send your sneakers. You also have the option of requesting delivery to your home or workplace if you are from the Paris region.
