Returns and Refunds

Return conditions:

• The Buyer may decide to use his right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order;

• The Buyer must notify the Seller of his wish to withdraw by e-mail to the address unsneakers@gmail.com;

• Return/exchange costs are your responsibility ;

• The return must be made no later than 14 days after sending your notification of withdrawal ;

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.

Refund conditions :

• Size problem;

• Damaged during delivery;

• Returned products must be in perfect condition (unless damaged during delivery);

• No product that is stained, damaged, worn, washed or unsuitable for sale will be accepted;

Since UNESNEAKERS sells limited edition products, an exchange request may not be accepted.

- It is advisable to try the products with the greatest care.

- The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the products returned by the Buyer.

- The various products must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund.

- In case of rejection, the product will be sent back to the Buyer at his expense to the address indicated when ordering.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

We will also inform you of our position on the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method.

Late or missing refunds:

If beyond the scheduled date, you do not receive your refund, please consult your bank account for verification.

There is often some processing time required before the refund reaches you.
